2006-07 Leadership Fellowship Recipients

Karen Dyer Inzana, Professor, Small Animal Clinical Sciences Dr. Inzana plans on using this fellowship to broaden her interests in Academic Affairs. In cooperation with the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs of the College of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Inzana will take a leadership role in an extensive review of the fourth year of the veterinary curriculum. |
Kathleen Jones, Associate Professor, History Dr. Jones plans to implement strategies for improving departmental climate in the College of Liberal Arts and Human Sciences. She will work with department chairs and other unit leaders to develop policies and programs that promote an understanding of the value of diversity and encourage cultural change. |

Mary Kasarda, Associate Professor, Mechanical Engineering Dr. Kasarda will work with the university's Director of Government Relations to gain insight into the relationship between state and federal governments and higher education. |
