From 2003 until August 2010, AdvanceVT received a grant from the National Science Foundation (NSF) to promote and enhance the careers of women in academic science and engineering through institutional transformation. High-impact initiatives in support of faculty in all disciplines continue through the work of the Faculty Affairs team in the Office of the Executive Vice President and Provost.
